Now I am far from going back to school, my Chartered Marketing Course last year nearly killed me but as I have been asked by some of you lovely lot I have partnered with Freeport Braintree to show you what to get to go back to school, refresh your wardrobe for work or update your blogger office.
I fell in love with Freeport Braintree in March last year and you can read all about it on another blog post her Freeport Braintree: Discounts, Yes Please... But basically it is a designer outlet village in Essex which is only an hour away from London. Freeport Braintree is full of bargains with over 85 stores to hunt in and they have everything for any occasion especially if you are heading back to school or updating your work wardrobe with clothing, backpacks, stationary and more! So I have compiled my favourite picks below and I have also created a VLOG of my day and haul.
Clarks
Clarks is a must for any back to school shopping trip and oh my how the shoes have changed and I may have to even say on trend I wanted to buy some of the brogues but they just didn’t suit my skinny little feet.
M&S
M&S is another one that has a bit of everything and the deals are incredible with clothing and accessories for work and back to school 70% off even if you don’t usually pop in, it definitely deserves a drop in at Freeport Braintree.
The Works
I didn’t visit this store last time and I have no idea why!!! Books and stationary galore oh and if you are a budding artist there are loads of discounted products and getting into the spirt of GBBO there are loads of Great British Bake Off cookery books – ready for tonight.
Kurt Geiger
If you are a Kurt Geiger addict get yourself here now the prices are ridiculously cheap and there are so many perfect shoes for school and work for over 50% off £35, yes please!
Samsonite
Not only is there a crazy large range of backpacks, Adam broke my weekend luggage and the ones from Samsonite are just so pretty. If you are looking for ultra-cheap though this is not the shop for you as they still quite pricey even with a hefty discount.
Chapelle
So you don’t need loads of jewellery but I do think it’s essential to have a pretty watch and it’s good for time keeping obviously. If I had to choose I would go for a Radley beauty!
Radley
Speaking of Radley did you know they did stationary?! I didn’t and I was pleasantly surprised with how beautiful the diaries and notebooks were you can also get umbrellas for only £10 reduced from £22 and new season backpacks.
French Connection
Now I am not a fan of French Connection, well I was until they raised their prices and the sales became rubbish with a measly 10% off the price tag BUT here at Freeport it’s like the old French Connection is back with a bang with dresses at £35 and stunning smart clothing that would be perfect for work or 6th form.
So they are just a few of my favourites but there is lots more featured on my VLOG:
The fact Freeport Braintree is a lovely relaxed atmosphere that’s outside you can literally spend the whole day here and meander through the streets it what sells it for me and of course the crazy prices – I will be back!!
As you will be there for the entire day make sure you pop to Pizza Express for lunch I had the most delicious meal of dough balls (gluten free ones available now) the leggera pandana pizza and from there summer menu a passionfruit lemonade which was delicious.
This post is in collaboration with Freeport Braintree but all thoughts and love of shopping is all me
