You may have seen Brasserie Blanc featured on the blog back in February
on a feature about a day out with my mum and it definitely deserves to feature
again as its one of my favourites with beautiful interior and Al Fresco dining
options available when the weather is good. There are a few Brasserie Blanc’s, I
ventured down to the one on Charlotte Street which is a vibrant area especially
after work with a sea of suits and Jimmy Choo’s filling the bars and
restaurants.
Tipple of Choice
Vidal Sauvignon Blanc, a lovely New
Zealand tipple
Starters
Sourdough bread with unsalted butter,
which goes perfect with a splash if olive oil.
Warm Squid & Chorizo Salad with
chicory and an orange dressing.
Goats Cheese Parcel Tomato Chutney from
the specials board.
Main Course
Slow cooked Lamb Shoulder and Roast Vegetables.
Fillet with pepper sauce, the char-grilled steaks are 39-day, dry-aged with french fries of course.
Sides
Green Beans
Dauphinoise potatoes
Dessert
Baked Alaska for two - the pictures here
do not do this dessert justice, it was huge and flambéed in Cointreau right before your eyes.
