So after reading about all these beauty boxes that hold
high end beauty samples, I decided that it was time to try! I love beauty
products and surprises so I could not really loose.
When the infamous GlossyBox arrived two weeks later than
expected due to the Easter festivities I was eager to see inside. This month’s
beauty box was themed; ‘Natural Beauty Box’ with all natural products and the
box was even biodegradable.
So after carefully undoing the ribbon and unwrapping the
paper, it was time to see my new beauty products:
Ayuuri Natural Body Wash (35g off the
full size)
The body wash I received was Sandalwood scented enriched
with vitamin E, coconut and ofcourse Sandalwood. The scent was not really to my
taste but as a body wash it did its job.
Figs & Rouge Organic Lip, face
& body Balm (Full Size)
This multipurpose balm was really cute with it’s French design.
This was definitely a winner being really nourishing and smelling divine.
Caudalie Vinosource SOS Thirst-Quenching
Serum (10ml)
This product is newly launched from Caudalie. It’s an
ultra-concentrated serum that is all natural. It will soften you skin and has a
nice sweet smell. You need to apply morning and evening to face and neck before
you moisturise.
Inika Cosmetics Certified
Organic Eyeliner (Full Size)
Inka is a great brand so I was happy to receive a full size
brown eyeliner which lasts for ages.
Kai Perfume Oil
(One Drop)
I was really disappointed about the puny sized sample – mine
was only half full. The perfume was too overpowering, with a scent of gardenia
wrapped in white exotics. But I did like their tag line ‘Kai is different on
everyone’.
Overall I was not too impressed but maybe my expectations were heightened because the last box was the Harrods edition with brands like Burberry and Fendi, still, it does provide some nice additions to any girls beauty collection.
